Why book in the IFM Room Block
- We only choose hotels who meet our standard for service with quality gluten and dairy free offerings in their catering and room service menus and through the outlets in the hotel.
- Hotel room rates for future IFM programs are determined by the total room nights booked at the previous programs. You can help IFM secure excellent hotel locations and affordable room rates for future programs by booking your room through our room block.
Resort Fees & Taxes
A reduced resort fee of $40 and the applicable Clark County Room Tax will be applied to each hotel room reservation and includes amenities. Those amenities are
- Property-wide high speed wireless internet access (public spaces, meeting space, and in-room).
- Unlimited local and toll-free calls, airline boarding pass printing, and cardio room access for guests 18+.
Planning to Attend AIC in Person?
Book Early
We encourage you to arrive early and make the most of your trip. Arriving on Tuesday, May 28 provides a full day to unwind at the hotel spa and pool or explore the city before the conference begins. On Wednesday, May 29 enjoy a private, pre-conference event with Jeffrey Bland, PhD, and Mark Hyman, MD (tickets required). All attendees are invited to enjoy food and drinks at the kick-off reception later that evening.
