Emily Rydbom is a Certified Nutrition Consultant, Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist, & Certified Nutrition Professional. She is a published researcher has been practicing the functional nutrition approach to pregnancy since 2010 and is an international lecturer on practice implementation to improve trans-generational health.

She is the owner and co-founder of GrowBaby Health alongside Dr. Leslie Stone. GrowBaby Health is the innovator of a clinically proven and customized OB nutrition, nutrient, and lifestyle program that integrates personalized clinical biomarkers for precise and integrated care. It has worked in collaboration with Medicaid care organizations, private companies that offer direct-to-consumer pregnancy nutritional care, and global nutraceutical and genomic companies. GrowBaby Health has applied its work in a family practice clinical setting for over a decade. Her passions include empowering women during the preconception, pregnancy, and postnatal time period, and teaching families about healthy nutrition and lifestyle balance from 6 months to 5+ years. Her undergraduate degree was completed at Southern Oregon University followed by her postgraduate training through Bauman College, Berkeley, California. She is a mother of 2 boys and lives in Ashland, Oregon.
