Sandra Darling, DO, MPH
Dr. Sandra Darling is a physician at the Center for Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine (CILM) at the Cleveland Clinic. Board certified in public health and preventive medicine, her primary interest is lifestyle modification on a large scale. She was drawn to CILM as a resident because of their innovative approach of treating chronic disease through shared medical appointments (SMAs). After completing residency in 2015, she joined the team to practice primary care and facilitate SMAs. Since January 2018, her practice has shifted to focus primarily on SMAs, where she utilizes integrative and lifestyle medicine to address common conditions such as obesity and other chronic diseases, memory changes, anxiety, stress, insomnia, and chronic pain. In the past three years since she began her career at CILM, she developed four new SMAs: Culinary Medicine for Chronic Disease; Living Well After Addiction; Weight Management and Healthy Living; and Integrative Management of Anxiety, Stress, and Insomnia.
