Kirsten Ramsdell, MS, CN
After earning her bachelor’s degree in anthropology and film studies, Kirsten Ramsdell, MS, CN, moved to South Korea and taught English for three years. While in Korea, she encountered her own health challenges and discovered the healing powers of functional medicine and nutrition. In her quest to achieve her own health goals and help provide support for others, she earned her master’s degree in nutrition and functional medicine from the University of Western States.
Currently, Kirsten is a clinical content development coordinator at The Institute for Functional Medicine. She supports the development of clinical content and the implementation of IFM’s Advanced Practice Modules (APMs) and Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP). She is also a functional nutritionist at Vida Integrated Health, guiding patients toward their personal health goals while taking into account their health challenges, preferences, and social needs.
